Drop off repairs are diagnosed within 2-3 working days. This allows us to keep your diagnosis to a maximum of 1 hour. We ask that you advise us as to your budget so we can set a maximum time spent.

Standard In-House Service:
2-3 day schedule turn around time
Prepaid $100.00 for 1st hour, $40 per 1/2 hour thereafter

Emergency Same Day In-House Service:
Prepaid $130 for 1st hour, $65 per 1/2 hour thereafter

 

Typically onsite appointments are scheduled within 1-2 days of call, depending on availability, and your requested time slot.

Standard On Site Service (Residential):
Standard 1-2 day schedule service call
$100.00 per hour - 1st hour minimum, 1/2 hour increments thereafter
Plus one time travel fee: $30.00

Standard On Site Service (Business):
Standard 1-2 day schedule service call
$130.00 per hour - 1st hour minimum, 1/2 hour increments thereafter
Plus one time travel fee: $30.00

Emergency On Site Service:
Same day, evening and weekend work
$150.00 per hour - 1st hour minimum, 1/2 hour increments thereafter
Plus one time travel fee: $30.00

Terms:

Payment is due at completion of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. All service work time is rounded up. Local checks, cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are welcome.

 

 

 

Cancellations: At our discretion, we may charge a $130 (one hour, plus travel) appointment cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within 24 hours notice. If we arrive at your site at the scheduled time, and either we are told that we are not needed or no one is there to meet with us, it has cost us a significant amount of time and money. Appointment cancellations must be called in at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, to afford us the opportunity of booking other clients into that time slot. Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not business days and we typically retrieve voicemail messages shortly before office hours each day. This means cancellations for Monday morning appointments must be called in on Friday morning, or we may not get the message in time and therefore you are subject to a $130 cancellation charge.
